IMPORTANT NOTICE

Some of the attorneys asking to represent you in court for your DUI charges by information and belief have been disciplined by the state bar. You may go to the web and look up the attorney you are hiring on the California  State Bar webpage.  If the organization does not list the name of the attorney in charge, they most likely have reason and no matter how good they look on paper, in my opinion, after practicing law for 28 years in San Diego, they should be passed over.
